Day 4: A Stroll Around the Loch

Today wasn't a very eventful day.  I met friends for lunch between classes in the student union.  Our classes ended at 3:00 pm and we took the bus into town.  We stopped to get ice cream and wandered around for a while.The shops in town close around 5:00, so we went to Tesco, the grocery store, to pick up some food for the week and took the bus back to the University.  We ate dinner in our flats and then went for a nice walk around Airthrey Loch, the Loch in the center of the campus.

Ducklings--While we were walking, we stopped to take a picture of a big group of ducks.  The ducks all started walking toward us and as I was getting my camera my chap-stick fell out of my bag.  All of the ducks went running for it thinking it was food.  Luckily I picked it up before any of them could get it.  I can't live without my Burt's Bees!

Tomorrow we will be going to the Wallace monument.  We see it every day, so I am excited to finally get to climb to the top!
